Adding Element to all pages (v10.x)

I need to add a specific element to all pages and unfortunately placing the data in the header does not render well. Is there a method the template .LY file to add an element to the Top Bar ?
For example:

• attempting to adding dummytable_snippet to all list pages in the project.
