Move a row with the mouse possible ?

Good morning,

I have a TASK table. Now the sequence of the rows is based on different things like the column ACTIEF and PRIO.

If I want to change the sequence of rows, because priorities change, I need to change multiple values in the PRIO field which is not so handy, therefore, I would like to be able to change the priority/sequence of rows, by moving the row by clicking it and move it to another place.

I know that this should be possible somehow, but I have no idea where to look to accomplish this. Someone has an idea how to do this?
