Text Area Field Using CKEditor Viewed in HTML in Edit Page

Quick question, can I show a text area using CKEditor as HTML on the Edit Page?

I know you can do so on the View page, but need to do on the Edit page since there are text area fields using CKEditor I want to lock down on the Edit page.

If I set it as Read Only, the HTML shows and it runs off the screen.

If not is there any way I can deactivate the CKEditor in the Edit page so that no changes can be made?



Any help would be greatly appreciated?
