Quiz template - flash access webcam take a snapshot

we would like to buy the quiz template - but in order we secure that the quiz is completed by a certain user we would like to add a script using flash access ( computer camera )
webcam and take 3-4 random snapshots during quiz and save the images to the database.

is that possible ?

can someone assist us on that and what will charge us .
