Function get_magic_quotes_gpc() is deprecated

Function get_magic_quotes_gpc() is deprecated

This happens when I run my app in my own Wapm/apache server. From reading, it appears I may need to install a different version of PHP. I know where to find php versions, but have no idea where to install them.
